  • We provide ironing, folding, and garment care services.
  • Services are offered via drop off and collection at ‘Ashlea, Felden Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP3 0BA’
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are unsafe, damaged, or unsuitable for ironing.
  1. Bookings
  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or approved email.
  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment details are provided or agreed upon.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Our prices are listed on the website or provided upon request.
  • Payment is due at the time of collection or service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment methods, e.g., cash, card, online payment.
  • Prices may change; however, the rate agreed at booking will be honoured for that service.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must provide clean items.
  • Items should be free from hazardous materials, flammable substances, or sharp objects.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate details are provided.
  1. Liability
  • While we take care in handling garments, Hertfordshire Ironing Service is not liable for pre-existing damage to items.
  • We will take reasonable care to avoid damage, but in the unlikely event of damage caused by negligence, liability is limited to the value of the item.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Customers may cancel bookings 24 hours in advance without charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service charge.
  • Refunds for completed services are only issued in case of service failure agreed by both parties.

  • Customer information is collected and stored in accordance with the UK GDPR.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties.
  1. Changes to Terms
